Hall of Frozen Assets · Specimen 001
$TUSK
Frozen 10,000 years. Still hasn't sold.
A woolly mammoth went under the ice before writing was invented and came out the other side with his bags intact. Empires rose, the pyramids went up, every chart on earth was drawn and erased. He held. $TUSK is the oldest hand on Solana.

Field notes
Later than the pyramids
A small population survived on Wrangel Island until roughly 1650 BC. The Great Pyramid was already about nine centuries old while mammoths were still walking around.
Four metres of tusk
Tusks grew past four metres and curved inward. They were used to sweep snow off grass, which is a long way to go for a meal.
Found with lunch
The Berezovka mammoth, dug out of Siberia in 1901, still had unswallowed plants in its mouth. Frozen mid-bite, holding to the end.
